“Appreciation creates wonders” cannot be
understood at this moment but you will surely agree with me at the end of this
post!
Thanks, Thank you, I am indebted to you, Dinner was delicious, I
appreciate you, You are an inspiration, I am grateful, You are a blessing, You
are a true friend, You’re great, This is great, You light up my life, Sincere
thanks, You’re the best, You make me happy, You've been very helpful are middling words which
will make you and others happy.
These are the words of “Appreciation”
"Thank you is a propitious word"
"Thank you is a propitious word"
· What
is Appreciation?
Appreciation is the way you can
hat-tip for a person who has done something good for you. In other words…
Appreciation is thanking others or letting them know how good the thing or the
job was.
· Why
Appreciate?
When a person tries to impress
you, he expects to be praised or to be known how good the job was. When you
appreciate, it makes the person happy and also provokes him to do his/her job
better. This brings joy and improves quality of doing the same work.
· What
if I avoid appreciating?
When you don’t appreciate, you
will be termed as a blunt person and will also hinder the worker to impress
or do well to you.
There are many people who do
not wait for appreciation but on the other hand to some people, “appreciation”
is the (go on) key for development. Appreciation is just as simple as saying “sorry”
when you hurt someone or “bless you” just after a sneeze.
· Ill
effects of Over-Appreciation
When you keep appreciating the same
person for the same job for no reason you make the person haughty and make him
feel he is superior, resulting in high ego problems. “Excess of anything is bad”
Some Bollywood actors
which could improve if they would be appreciated at least!

These people have talent too. Criticizing and not appreciating limited them to development and progress. Are we responsible? Maybe yes!
Fake-Appreciations
Appreciating just for the sake of doing it will adversely affect the person.
You will be the one who will drag him to destruction.
Reasons to appreciate
people
Reason 1: It makes them happy
