“Appreciation creates wonders”

“Appreciation creates wonders” cannot be understood at this moment but you will surely agree with me at the end of this post!
Thanks, Thank you, I am indebted to you, Dinner was delicious, I appreciate you, You are an inspiration, I am grateful, You are a blessing, You are a true friend, You’re great, This is great, You light up my life, Sincere thanks, You’re the best, You make me happy, You've been very helpful are middling words which will make you and others happy.

These are the words of “Appreciation”

"Thank you is a propitious word"
·      What is Appreciation?

Appreciation is the way you can hat-tip for a person who has done something good for you. In other words… Appreciation is thanking others or letting them know how good the thing or the job was.

·      Why Appreciate?

When a person tries to impress you, he expects to be praised or to be known how good the job was. When you appreciate, it makes the person happy and also provokes him to do his/her job better. This brings joy and improves quality of doing the same work.

·      What if I avoid appreciating?

When you don’t appreciate, you will be termed as a blunt person and will also hinder the worker to impress or do well to you.

There are many people who do not wait for appreciation but on the other hand to some people, “appreciation” is the (go on) key for development. Appreciation is just as simple as saying “sorry” when you hurt someone or “bless you” just after a sneeze.

·      Ill effects of Over-Appreciation

When you keep appreciating the same person for the same job for no reason you make the person haughty and make him feel he is superior, resulting in high ego problems. “Excess of anything is bad”

Some Bollywood actors which could improve if they would be appreciated at least!

These people have talent too. Criticizing and not appreciating limited them to development and progress. Are we responsible? Maybe yes!

Fake-Appreciations

Appreciating just for the sake of doing it will adversely affect the person. You will be the one who will drag him to destruction.

Reasons to appreciate people

Reason 1: It makes them happy

Reason 2: It makes it easier for them to show you that they appreciate you too.

Reason 3: It lets them know that you’re sincerely grateful for what they do for you.

Reason 4: It makes them feel loved.

Reason 5: It makes them feel respected.

Reason 6: It makes them feel special

(Do not forget to appreciate and also do expect appreciation for a good deed. And if someone fails to appreciate you, do not lose hope. Work hard and assume that you are doing well!)

How Egoistic are you?

Ego: a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance.

Having a ego is very well as it works as a catalyst in development of a person…but on the other hand having a high ego can really drag a person from success to destruction.

“I can do it well and so can others”
Is an example for having a safe and good-going ego

“I am the best at it and no one can do it any way better”
Is an example of having high ego which is a very big problem.

Having a good ego is perfect as it makes a person improve if he has done a mistake. It also helps a person to understand different ways of doing the same work and improving the quality of work.

Having a bad ego makes you rude and harsh. It makes you think that you are great and no one is as superior as you. This leads into judging the work according to the egoistic point of view which acts as a grenade which an egoistic person plants between their relations.

Famous personalities which had high ego problems:

Adolf Hitler

The ruler of Germany which developed the country fell for the ego trap because of getting power in the platter which made the success climb into his head which made him think he is superior, dragging him to make an err in his decision which finally made himself commit a suicide.

“Ego can be your friend or a foe.”
-Manav

Let us learn how to not have a big ego:

1.   Learn to “COMPROMISE” and Accept a different opinion

To have a pleasant relation with the second person you should let the second person propose his/her ideas and let them decide what to do although that was not the way you wanted it to go.

2.  Appreciate others

Make sure that you can speak and appreciate when a person tries to impress you. People like appreciation and so do you…so do not forget to appreciate.

3.  To have a feeling that there can be someone better at this job

When you feel that only you can do a job the best you make sure to convert that job into a mess…on the other hand when you have a feeling that not only you but also others can do the same job well you make yourself improve in the job.

Your Ego maybe in control if:

1)   Your friends look up to you as a competition in order to “beat you

2)   Taking it personally when someone dislikes your ideas.

3)   If you can appreciate.

4)   Comparing with others

Why so serious?

Before 10th
“Students this is a very important year. Do make sure to study very hard for this year”
In 10th Vacations
“Beta, now you’ll have the most important years. 11th and 12th are going to be major ones and you’ll have to study 7 hours a day at least”
No one wants us to be free!

Before vacations we had so many plans to chill and just get rid of studies. We had like number of plans and were so excited then we didn’t even nicely faired for our last exams.
That excitement was so good but just after a week we realized that we have done everything and have nothing else to go!

The most funniest thing is the transitional period from “Oh YEAHHH, Imma going to have so much fun in the holidays!” to “Shit! Sabh hogaya! Abhi kya karu? It’s just been a week!”
I miss those days when I used to get calls saying “Hey bro! Are you up for *Hangout* plan?”
Now I do call friends to ask “Bro, I’m about to die! Please lets hangout!”
A post from the farewell day
*A picture posted by a girl.
Caption: Hey baby, I do not know how I am going to live without you. I will miss you so much!
And we find these two girls hanging out together every day!

#NoOffence

There is a thin line between Expectations And Reality which is “HOPES”!
In middle of vacations…
*A conversation between me and my friend*
In the middle of the conversation “* *” indicates the things we are thinking in the mind!
Me: Hey! Results are going to come out so soon!
Friend: Yeah! I’m so scared *You don’t say that because you got good percentage in prelims*
Me: So true yaar! I’m so scared *I never lie but If I say I’m getting above 85% you ain’t going to talk to me and I don’t like getting blocked!*
Friend: If I get less percent fir? *Let’s see what you think about me!*
Me: Arre! Izzat ki thu thu! But don’t worry you gave your exams well! *I cannot lie more!*
Friend: All the best yaar! *Malum hai tu bhi dara hua hai*
Me: Yeah! You too (smileys because I know you are going to laugh chupchup ke)
Friend: Yeah! *Ok! I’m not texting you back. You bore me*
Concluding by saying…
We have tried our best and will try not making our parents sad! Please Do not judge us! PLEASE! BECAUSE EVERY STUDENT MEANS IT! “Kitna mila beta?” Isse Dar lagta hai!
