A note to readers:
Introducing “HAIKU” which is a type of a Japanese poem of seventeen syllables, the first line of five, second of seven, and thrid of five, traditionally of three lines.
It is my first time where I have tried to express human emotions and feelings in it.
It is my first time where I have tried to express human emotions and feelings in it.
//Do give it a read
and let me know how it was.//
Few of the poems:
Secured
destiny,
Spark life
with trending styles,
Watching
life through an eye piece.
Meaning: This explains
how secured we think our destiny is, how we live in the world of dreams where
we see spark in our life, live with trending styles and work with bright lies
and then we conclude as we realize that we were looking at the world through a
keyhole.
Knocking on
the door,
Life waiting
at the step,
Silence
again.
Meaning: Let’s have a
look at an instance in life where we have opportunities at our door step, where
‘life’ waits at your luck, knocking and knocking just for seconds. But our
ignorance and ego lets our golden chance down and when we open the door after
fighting with our ego, there is no one, but silence.
Tears on the
cheek,
Dark, dull
are the screams,
Life on an
empty roll.
Meaning: A person who
has lost all hopes in life, who has got nothing but heart breaks and let downs
has dark and dense fear for trouble.
Waiting for one new step out of the dark life, they realize that they
are writing their story on an empty paper roll.
Hopes as
wings,
Faded
powers, invincible strings,
Long lasting
dreams.
Meaning: We think of
having plush life and we always wish to go high, building those expectations
higher and higher. We inherit invisible powers and think that ‘we are at the
top of the world’. But then, you surely get up from your nice sleep, having
realized that your fantasy was a dream.
Shine in the
eye,
Golden skin,
beautiful seen, still dry,
Dark in deep
heart.
Meaning: “beauty is only skin deep”
What more
could I say!
